Antei Search Fund, LLC was founded with the mission of promoting entrepreneurship through acquisition (ETA). Search funds are an alternative investment vehicle established to raise a pool of capital to help an aspiring entrepreneur locate, acquire and operate a single privately-held small to mid-size company. Our ethos is represented in our name, ANTEI, meaning stability.
