CCA is Asias leading and complete ICF Coaching School with the ACTP accredited status and is the Brand Laureate Winner of the Best Coaching Brand.It conducts the full range of ICF certified coaching programs at the Associate, Professional and Master level. CCA brought the ICF brand of Coaching into this region 14 years ago when it was still a desert land. Since then, not only Coaching has strived from leaps and bounds that has opened up opportunities for those who want to be coaches, it has also helped those who want to seek them out to support them to be better than what they are now. One of its greatest achievements was in the setting of Coaching Standards for the Coaching Industry for Coaching to grow as a respectable profession like Medicine, Law, Engineering, etc. CCA's coaches and students lead the coach community in championing this cause in their work as coaches in every strata of society; CCA is incomparable when it comes to its continuous coach learning infrastructure in supporting its coach students and coaches during and after their studies. True to its Vision of Growing A Vibrant Coach Community in Asia, it leads the Coaching Industry in the region with many coach-related initiatives that are aimed at growing Coaching as well as training. Its other coaching initiatives include: Developed a powerful homegrown 3-Stage Coaching model, which provides the most holistic and pragmatic ways of accelerating anyone to become a good coach; Developed a suite of coaching tools and resources that can broaden the coaching skill set of anyone to be all rounded coaches who can coach in niches such as life, executive, leadership, business, sales and organization; Founded a CCA alumni and coach community called the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches, the first and largest coaching body in Malaysia. It is led by 2 powerful coaching personalities: Dr Michael Heah, CEO/MCC and Tan Sri Datuk Dr M Jegathesan, Sports Legend.
