Severe Service Valve Inc or SSV was reorganized and established in 2006 in the United States of America. Combining the strength of several wellhead equipment and oil tool companies in the severe service industry a product portfolio emerged covering ball valves and control valves for the downstream and surface frac gate valves for the upstream. The transition was made with British capital, quality and technology management and utilizing global advantage to drive supply chain efficiency. Together with a combination of true American Texan warranty service and specialty manufacturing, SSV has been becoming an industrial leader specialized in severe service valves for super abrasive, corrosive, high pressure and high temperature applications such as Surface Frac gate valves, catalyst shutoff valves, poly crystalline silicon process zero leakage valves and IGCC (Coal Gasification Combined Cycle) isolation valves. Since 2008, SSV acquired capability to maintain and repair, manufacture and supply the full Fisher line Globe Body style control valves combined with genuine spare parts interchangeability. SSV is an API certified company holding API6A, APIQ1, ISO9001-2008 and TS29001 Certifications.
