Do the unused credits roll over?
As a matter of fact, no.
When you purchase a monthly plan, you get a set amount of credits for one month.
This means that all unused credits will expire 30 days after a plan was purchased.
The unused credits are carried over only when you upgrade your plan at least 24h before your credits expire.
Where can I find my invoice?
You can find all your invoices in the Plan and billing section of your GetProspect account and download them from there.
Click the settings icon in the right upper corner of your account, then go to the Plan and billing. Navigate to the Billing tab. There you will find all your payments and you can download the invoices in PDF format.
Do I still get charged for not found emails?
No, you only will be charged for founding valid emails.
Credits are not deducted for not found, invalid, Accept-all emails.
What is the minimum term of the subscription plan?
The minimum term of subscription is one month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll still have access to your paid plan until the end of your monthly period.

Why was my credit card declined?
Occasionally the bank can block payments to avoid fraudulent usage of your credit card. In this case, we always recommend a quick phone call to your bank to ensure it is you attempting to make this purchase. After you made a call, you see no further issues, and you will be quickly on your way to start work with GetProspect.
