Why I'm not getting a confirmation link?
Sometimes there may be a delay in our mail server sending out the email with an activation link. In most cases, it's because of Greylisting set up on your mail server. In this case, email with an activation link will come in 15 minutes.
Also, please make sure to check your spam folder, it may be that your email server marked it as spam.
If you do not get the email with an activation link for a while, feel free to contact our support team and we will resend it to you.
Do you offer a free trial or free plan?
By default, once you sign up for an account with GetProspect, you will get 100 free monthly credits in your first workspace. The credits are completely free, and we don't need your card details input to use the free plan. The credits renew every 30 days.
On a free plan, you can use all the same features as with paid plans.
Note: we allow only one free account per person. If you create more than one free accounts, our system will detect that and disable the free plan.

Why I don't have 100 free credits in my account?
When you sign up, the free plan with 100 monthly credits is set automatically for your default workspace. If you see that you have 1 credit and your plan is "Limited", it means that our system detected you use more than one free account.
Each person in our system is limited to one free account and is not permitted to create multiple free accounts. If you need more leads you can always upgrade and choose a plan which better suits your needs.
However if you feel this is an error, you can always contact our support.
Can I share my account with someone else?
You can share your workspace with team members. There is no limit on how many members you can have in your team. Learn how to add team members to share the workspace.
All the members of your team will share the monthly/yearly plan you are subscribed to and share the lists of leads. You, as admin, will be able to manage members.
