Both Andrew Mewing and Michael Batch have proven experience in helping their clients to structure contracts, to deliver projects, and to manage and resolve disputes. Andrew and Michael have extensive experience working as trusted ‘in house counsel’ for some of Australia’s largest and high profile construction companies. Most recently, they jointly led the construction practice of one of Queensland’s largest and most respected mid-tier commercial law firms. They have also worked in national and global law firms.
