Chorbie company description

Chorbie is a Frisco-based lawn care and pest control company built for North Texas homes. We've treated more than 26,231 DFW lawns since 2010 — and we've learned that homeowners here don't want a generalist who does ten things adequately. They want a specialist who does the right things well. That's our whole approach. North Texas lawns need North Texas expertise. The heavy clay soil under most DFW homes compacts harder than almost any soil in the country, which means water runs off, fertilizer works less, and weeds take hold in the weak spots. So we aerate with liquid instead of core, time pre-emergent to the 55°F soil window in mid-February, and fertilize Bermuda differently than we do St. Augustine or Zoysia. A national company runs the same playbook in Frisco that it runs in Ohio. We don't. Our services span two things we know deeply: lawn care — fertilization, weed control, liquid aeration, flower bed weed control, and moisture management across an 8-application annual program — and home pest control, including fire ant, mosquito, and general pest services. What makes us different is who we are. Our office is in Frisco Square, and our technicians live in the same neighborhoods they treat — Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Little Elm, and Frisco itself. When you call, a real person answers. No national call center, no scripts, no contracts, and no cancellation fees. Just consistent, professional service from a team that knows your soil, your grass, and your weather. We serve homeowners across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, and the greater DFW metroplex, backed by a satisfaction guarantee and thousands of five-star reviews from neighbors who've trusted us for years. Your lawn should be the best on the block. We make that the easy part. Get a free quote at chorbie.com or call 972.697.5221.
