Founded August 1, 1979 as Sweet Potato, a monthly newspaper that covered the local music scene, the publication went weekly on December 3, 1981 and rechristened itself City Pages. Whether it’s mouth-watering food coverage, our annual Best Of The Twin Cities issue or the Comix issue, City Pages proudly serves the most discerning audience in America.
