Howard Finley Ltd was founded in 2016 by a team of experienced consultants with the aim of delivering a bespoke high quality recruitment service focused on the needs our clients and candidates. Based in the village of Pangbourne, on the outskirts of Reading, we established ourselves both locally and nationwide as a respected and professional staffing service. Initially servicing the Technology and Engineering markets, we have since expanded into the Construction and Healthcare sector. This has allowed us to expand our tried and tested recruitment processes into a wider range of U.K businesses and to further establish ourselves as a key competitor in the U.K recruitment sectors. Utilising our consultants experience from other ‘big’ agencies across the Thames Valley, we have developed a robust recruitment process that we tailor to clients and candidate’s individual needs. This has ensured we have delivered results where other agencies have struggled. We have focused on working with the best quality talent and connecting them with innovative and growing businesses that match their specific requirements and ambitions. We have now established 5 key values that we apply to every interaction and process. Our focus for 2018 was to invest heavily into our teams and resources, to ensure we can consistently provide a high-quality service. This has been extended into 2019, with our focus being on expanding our headcount to give us a greater pool of resources. Whether it’s supplying construction labour or resourcing Technical Architects, we have the expertise, knowledge and network to provide the highest quality of service every time.
