IPSS Europe Limited (IPSS for short) is a leader in the field of Intellectual Property Software Solutions with numerous clients, both private and corporate enterprises, located in many countries of the world. Its mission is to seek ways to add value to clients whose businesses involve obtaining and managing Intellectual Property (IP) Rights. IPSS provides novel and effective solutions for the storage and management of record data and related documents concerning different areas of IP, including patents, designs, trademarks, domain names, copyright, and licensing. The IPSS product range caters for the needs of small, medium and large sized enterprises. All products offer web-based software solutions and have simplicity of operation, high data security and low maintenance in common. Constant monitoring of feedback from clients and advances in technology ensures that it presents the best solutions available. The key objective of each solution is the same: to ensure the integrity of entered data and the automatic generation of dates to facilitate the management/prosecution process. The integration of different modules and features provides for increasing functionality up to a level enabling strategic management of IP portfolios known as Intellectual Asset Management. Two services are offered: IPSS Hosting and Client Hosting. Under the former, IPSS provides all necessary hardware/software requirements, etc., and hosts the IPSS solution on behalf of the client in return for a monthly subscription; whereas, with the latter, the client purchases user licenses and hosts the IPSS solution itself. IPSS Hosting is particularly aimed at small to medium enterprises and Client Hosting at large enterprises. However, whatever the size of enterprise, the choice of service is for the client to decide.
