Kay and Associates

Kay and Associates company description

Kay and Associates, Inc. (KAI) has kept the world's most demanding fleets mission-ready since 1960. Founded by Donald Kay to deliver high-quality, cost-effective engineering and technical services, KAI has grown into a trusted prime contractor serving government and commercial customers around the globe — guided by one enduring principle: we will do it right, or we won't do it at all. From aviation maintenance and aerospace ground equipment to flight services, weapons system support, and technical labor solutions, our Contract Field Teams deliver where it matters most — on the flight line, at the depot, and forward-deployed alongside the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, and government and allied partners worldwide. As an AS9100D, AS9110C, and ISO 9001:2015 registered organization, we hold every program to the highest standards of quality and safety. KAI is uniquely positioned as a prime contractor to take on our customers' most challenging requirements, and as a world-class partner in teaming and sub-contracting roles. Behind every contract is a team of exceptional people who make the mission possible. We're always looking for skilled aircraft mechanics, avionics and AGE technicians, engineers, quality professionals, and program leaders who take pride in precision and want their work to matter. At KAI you'll join a tight-knit, mission-driven team that supports critical national and international operations, invests in your growth, and treats quality as a promise — never a checkbox. Headquartered in Buffalo Grove, Illinois, with teams deployed worldwide. Ready to build a career that keeps the mission flying?
