Our team manages over 490 retail, office, and industrial properties with a value of around €5.6 billion. Established in 2009, the senior management team has worked together for between 10-20 years (on average), managing a portfolio of c. 490 assets comprising 44m sq ft with a capital value in excess of €5.6 billion. M7 has four business lines: 1) Private Funds where M7 co-invests alongside multiple investors and acts as investment and asset manager. 2) Separate Account mandates where M7 acts as a third-party asset manager to manage portfolios for institutional, family office and high net worth investors. 3) Joint Ventures where M7 co-invests alongside partners, acting as promoted asset manager. 4) Advisory mandates for existing assets and targeted acquisitions.
