We have led the world in offering some of the most advanced and accurate solutions for structure re-levelling, including resin injection techniques such as Uretek®, as an alternative to traditional underpinning. In 2017 Mainmark launched Teretek®, a proprietary engineered resin solution that utilises an injection delivery method perfected by Mainmark. Teretek is a unique two-in-one solution that delivers both ground improvement and re-levelling. It increases ground bearing capacity, fills voids, and can mitigate soil liquefaction. Worldwide, Mainmark has completed many tens of thousands of projects, varying from small domestic applications to large commercial, industrial, civil and mining projects. As part of post-earthquake remediation works in both Japan and Christchurch, we have developed expertise in technologies such as JOG Computer-Controlled Grouting and Jet Grouting. We also excel in application of our specialist lightweight void filling product, Terefil®, plus we are experts in Permeation Grouting for coastal, sandy areas. Mainmark specialises in advanced, site-specific solutions for revitalising, sealing, protecting and structurally reinforcing ageing or damaged infrastructure including tunnels, shafts, pipes and basements impacted by weak ground and water ingress.
