Maxwell Claims is an independent adjusting company. The company has both independent adjusters and Third Party Administrators who examine claims on behalf of Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's, London as well as domestic carriers. Maxwell Claims has the capacity to handle claims of all sizes in the property, casualty and marine fields. There are currently three offices; Vancouver BC, Calgary AB and Montreal QC. The company was founded by current President, Ian Maxwell, in 1997. Trisha Loscombe took over the role of VP of TPA Operations after returning to Canada in March 2011. Prior to that, Trisha worked within the Lloyd's Market for five years both on the claims broking side and the claims underwriting side.
