McIntire Kingstone company description

McIntire Kingstone is a commercial, net lease and residential property management and brokerage firm in Arcadia, California. We manage 175+ properties and 1.4 million square feet for 185+ owner clients: retail, office and industrial assets alongside apartment and single family portfolios. We provide net lease administration and site inspections in all 50 states. WHAT WE DO Property management for retail, office, industrial, multi-family and single family assets. Leasing and marketing, from pricing through lease execution. Commercial and residential brokerage. Net lease asset management, lease administration and abstracting, CAM and NNN reconciliation, financial reporting, capital planning, tenant improvements, and maintenance and facilities oversight. HOW WE OPERATE Every property holds its own trust account, so funds are never pooled across owners. Owner statements are produced monthly in AppFolio with supporting detail. Vendor access requires written 24 hour notice, because a text message is not a notice. California rent caps are checked by address at every increase, not once a year. Security deposit refunds carry before and after photographs. WHO WE WORK WITH Private owners and family trusts. Trustees, executors and professional fiduciaries. Estate and probate attorneys settling real property. Investors and syndicators. Out of state and international owners. Much of our work begins at a transition: an inherited building, a trust being settled, or a property coming off a manager that stopped performing. We offer a free portfolio evaluation, a written second opinion on how a property is being operated today. McIntire Kingstone is a member of ICSC, AIR CRE, ULI, NAR, CAR and The MLS. 129 S. 1st Avenue, Arcadia, CA 91006 (626) 228-2777 California DRE #01932041
