Montez is an integrated multi-asset real estate investment advisor and fund manager, investing on behalf of institutional and pension fund capital. Collectively, we manage over 25 million square feet and $7 billion of real estate across thematic investment funds and segregated accounts. This includes 10 million square feet of active development assets. Our investors rely on us to manage investments for their pension and insurance plans; a heavy responsibility we feel privileged to take on. We invest in, develop and construct real estate Canada-wide, across multiple asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, hotel and mixed-use.
