Park7 Group

Park7 Group company description

Founded in 2010 by a proven team of student housing professionals, Park7 Group comprises three separate firms: ◦Park7 Development: Development and construction company ◦Park7 Management: In-house and third-party property and asset management company ◦Park7 Capital: Student housing-focused asset holding company The companies are privately-held by a group of key principals who are instrumental in their day-to-day management. This structure ensures that the Group's interests are always perfectly aligned with those of the client. Prior to forming Park7, the management team developed and managed a 16,000+ bed student housing portfolio. Serving as both owners and managers of this nationwide portfolio has fostered an ownership mentality, with all decisions being driven by core property management principles, rather than artificial short-term objectives. The performance of this portfolio speaks volumes of Park7's aptitude in development and management, having consistently maintained over 99% occupancy, less than 1.0% credit loss, and 3-5% year over year rental rate increases. Headquartered in New York, NY, Park7’s operation is scalable and versatile: the management team has experience in all product types of student housing.
