Pep

Pep company description

PEP’s purpose – to make it possible for everyone to look and feel good – still stands today, as we celebrate more than 60 years of making a difference. We’ve evolved over the years, with more ways to shop, like e-commerce, and more ways to pay, like FoneYam, but some things never change, and that is to continuously make it easy for our remarkable customers to access products and services, always at the lowest prices. It goes without saying that we LOVE to be part of every small town and every big city! That’s why we now have more than 2700 stores, making us the largest, single-brand retailer in Southern Africa. Easy access to our stores makes it a breeze for customers to pop in for a friendly smile and those amazing #PEPfinds! As well as clothing and footwear, we have a wide range of homeware, FMCG, cellular products and financial services, including cashbacks, loans, funeral cover, cross-border/local money transfers, bill payments, Flash tokens, PAXI courier service, and so much more. PEP is a business for people, and we love growing together as a business but also as Dynamos (employees). With over 24,000 Dynamos delighting our remarkable customers, we keep stepping forward, whilst never forgetting to make it possible for everyone to look and feel good. Today, we’re proud to have one of the strongest corporate cultures in the world, which we call “Sikhula KunYe (we are growing together). For more than 60 years and beyond, we will continue to evolve and make a difference in our remarkable customers’ lives… every single day… and we love every moment of doing it!
