Plexus Resource Solutions

Plexus Resource Solutions company description

Since 2017, we’ve been helping Web3 founders build teams fast. From our bases in London and Miami, our 45-person crew makes 300+ crypto hires a year. We're big enough to deliver but small enough to care. Scaling fast? We can spin up delivery squads, share shortlists in days and fill multiple roles at once, all without lowering the bar. With 600k blockchain pros already mapped and 100+ live vacancies at any one time, we know who’s ready to move. Deep specialists Every consultant here owns a single vertical. That means if you’re after Rust engineers for Solana, a DeFi BD lead in the US or a founding marketer for a ZK rollup, you’ll speak to someone who gets it and knows the tech, the top 200 candidates and the market rates. One point of contact You’ll still have one consultant running with you from first chat to signed offer. They’ll guide you on comp, equity splits, location… while the wider Plexus team takes care of sourcing, vetting and scheduling in the background. Trusted across Web3 We’ve helped teams like zkSync, Lido, Celestia, Filecoin, dYdX Foundation, Frax, Maple, Berachain, Sophon, Omni, Plume, The Sandbox (and plenty more) hire across DeFi, Layer 1s, Layer 2s, ZK, GameFi, RWAs and everything in between. No nonsense Our technical interviews, onchain checks and culture screens filter out fake CVs and cloned GitHubs before they ever land in your inbox. 🌎 Hiring in crypto?
