RAG RecruitAGraduate

RAG RecruitAGraduate company description

We are RAG Talent and we believe every placement is more than a hire. It is an investment in a person's future and an organisation's long-term capability. Formerly known as RecruitAGraduate, we have evolved into a full-spectrum strategic talent partner for forward-thinking South African organisations. We design diverse, end-to-end talent pipelines that support Employment Equity and transformation goals, going beyond filling an immediate vacancy by connecting businesses with the right people at every level, from graduate and young professional placements through to mid-to-senior and executive hiring, including neurodiverse talent that brings different ways of thinking to the table. For job seekers, we are in your corner from your very first role to your next leadership opportunity, working with employers who are genuinely invested in inclusive hiring and real career growth.
