ResourceSmith company description

resourceSmith was established in 2010 with a definitive mission of building a smooth and long-lasting relationship with its valuable clients and to ensure their success. Today our team consists of 70+ expert researchers and admins who are trained keeping the same mission in mind. Altogether, the senior team brings 50 years of experience of resourcing to the business. So far, RS has been able to build a team of young, hardworking and bright minds who not only bring zeal and energy to the work environment but have time and again proven how they can make a profitable change to a recruitment agency’s back-end recruitment function. Their fresh ideas and innovative techniques have been instrumental in providing our client base with the ease that they desire when they sign up with us. We at resourceSmith guarantee considerable cost reduction, quality work and a time efficient-hassle free service. Our flexible work model lets the client stay in charge of the process at every stage if need be, yet have the freedom to stay focused on their more pressing business needs.
