Retravision

Retravision company description

For 60 years, Retravision has been serving local communities, offering up the latest technology from the world’s best brands with a smile. From humble beginnings in 1961 it has grown to become one of Australia’s leading electrical appliance retailers, now boasting 20 privately owned stores across the country and an easy-to-use online store. Over the course of the last six decades, Retravision has been at the forefront of many innovations, going from strength to strength even as the world moved from black and white to colour TV, Hi-Fi to Wi-Fi and cash to cashless. In that time, the one thing that has never changed is Retravision’s commitment to great service. Key to its success is the entrepreneurial spirit of Retravision’s owner-operators, backed up by professional management at State and National level. Retravision has always prided itself on the knowledge and experience offered by dedicated and well trained staff in each of its stores. The complexity and range of electrical products available on the market may have increased, but Retravision’s great service and advice has never wavered. Consumers can shop confidently knowing that Retravision’s Company Charter has always been about “Going the Extra Mile”. This means, service is everything and Retravision aims to ensure ALL aspects of your experience are the best they can be, from getting the best advice, to shopping the best brands at the best price. Whilst a lot may have changed over the years, there’s undoubtedly still a lot more in store for Retravision!
