Rockwell Group company description

Rockwell Group is a multidisciplinary architecture and design firm that balances creativity, innovation, and thought leadership with every undertaking. Headquartered in New York City, with offices in Los Angeles and Madrid, the firm was founded in 1984 by David Rockwell, FAIA, and merges performance and architecture to create extraordinary experiences and built environments across the globe. Today, David and the partners guide our 350-person firm to pursue the possibilities for connection and community. Our shared passion for theater, technology, craft, and people leads us to approach the big picture with as much importance as the smallest detail. Honors include the AIANY President’s Award; a Cooper Hewitt National Design Award; a Tony Award for Best Scenic Design for She Loves Me; two Emmy Awards for the Oscars; the Presidential Design Award; the James Beard Foundation Who’s Who of Food & Beverage in America; Architectural Digest’s AD100 Hall of Fame; Interior Design’s Icon Award and Hall of Fame; the Pratt Legends Award; inclusion in Wallpaper* Magazine’s USA 300 and Elle Decor's A-List.
