Scott Equipment traces its beginnings to 1972 when Richard Scott Sr. opened his first heavy equipment dealership in Southern California. In 1991 the company began carrying the New Holland Construction equipment line and added Kobelco Excavators in 2002, then Doosan Heavy Equipment in 2012. Today, Scott Equipment is still family-owned and operated, led by Richard Sr.’s sons Richard Scott, Jr. and Gregg Scott. We are the only New Holland Construction, Kobelco, and Develon (formerly Doosan) dealer serving Southern California, providing construction equipment sales, parts, and service throughout the area. Our inventory features new and used excavators for sale, as well as new and used skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, track loaders, and skip loaders for sale. Our sister company, Western Rentals, supports Southern California customers for all their heavy equipment rental needs, including dump truck rentals and backhoes for rent.
