Set Consulting

Set Consulting company description

Founded in 2003, SET Consulting is a specialist Executive Search and Contingency Recruitment firm with over two decades of proven delivery across South Africa, Africa, and international markets. We work with businesses that take hiring seriously — placing high-calibre professionals across a wide range of sectors, from FMCG and Mining to Financial Services, Engineering, and Executive Leadership. Our consultants bring real sector knowledge to every search. We don't just fill roles — we find the people who move businesses forward. With offices in Johannesburg and Cape Town, we serve clients across all South African provinces and internationally — including the UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Ireland. As a Level 2 B-BBEE certified business — 51% African female-owned — SET is one of the few specialist recruitment firms in South Africa that combines genuine transformation credentials with two decades of sector depth. We operate where the talent market is complex, competitive, and high-stakes. That's where we're built to perform.
