About South East Care? South East Care was Established in 2018, in Chadstone, Victoria. The founding members comprised of Support Workers living in the immediate area wanting to provide services that they believed the industry needed. Services that put the participants in charge of their own supports. Who are we? We are a group of enthusiastic locals in the south east of Melbourne, providing quality care and services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our Staff are professionals in their respective fields, with professional qualifications.
