The real estate arm traces its operations back to the construction of Lincoln Avenue, a major infrastructure project located in Ridge, Accra, Ghana and surrounded by the seat of presidency and most diplomatic missions (such as the British High Commission) in Ghana. Medici in Lagos followed this pioneer project. The real estate development arm is growing to become the most dynamic luxury construction company in Nigeria today.
