The Beryl Consulting Group company description

The Beryl Consulting Group was founded in 2004. It advises family offices and endowments on manager selection and asset allocation. The firm’s investment team identifies thematic investment opportunities and constructs hedge-fund portfolios. Beryl developed and owns an extensive investment database and proprietary software "Beryl Tools", which analyzes over 2,000 hedge funds. The company currently advises approximately $500 million on a non-discretionary basis. The firm is a big supporter of seeking alpha through emerging technologies and alternative data. Managers that deploy alt data and automate their research process thought ML/AI are of special interest.
