The Emerald Recruiting Group company description

Founded in 2019, The Emerald Recruiting Group is a financial services search firm specializing in permanent and consulting placements across investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, private equity firms, and other alternative investment platforms. Our advantage is simple: we understand the markets, the businesses we recruit for, and the people who make them work. We partner with leading financial institutions to identify talent across Portfolio Management, Trading, Quantitative Research, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Technology, Risk, Middle Office, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Accounting. Every search is approached with professionalism, rigor, discretion, and genuine curiosity. We look beyond titles and keywords to understand what a firm actually needs, what makes a candidate successful, and whether the fit will hold up long after the placement is made. That approach matters. More than 85% of the professionals we have placed are still with the firms where we placed them. Emerald has grown from a boutique startup into a full-service financial services recruiting firm by combining deep market knowledge with technology we have built specifically for our own business. We have developed proprietary, in-house AI tools to support sourcing, research, candidate evaluation, market intelligence, and recruiting workflows. The technology helps us move faster, analyze more information, and uncover talent that traditional search methods may miss. But it does not replace recruiter judgment, relationships, or the human side of the business. Great recruiting is still built on judgment, trust, relationships, and knowing when the person behind the résumé is the right person for the business. We are not interested in simply filling jobs. We build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates that help firms grow, teams perform, and careers move forward.
