The Retirement Plan company description

The Retirement Plan Company (TRPC) delivers comprehensive recordkeeping and administration services to retirement plan sponsors, investment advisors, and third-party administrators across the public and private sectors. From fully bundled to unbundled solutions, we provide the flexibility employers need to design retirement programs that align with their goals and empower employees to build lasting financial security. Our open-architecture recordkeeping platform supports virtually unlimited investment choice, while intuitive online tools help plan sponsors, advisors, and participants manage their plans with confidence. TRPC is dedicated to transparent, cost-effective, and service-driven solutions that strengthen fiduciary confidence and promote long-term retirement readiness. We support more than 17,000 retirement plans, serving over 1.5 million participants and administering more than $36 billion in assets under management or administration (AUM/AUA). We’re proud to share that TRPC is becoming Daybright Financial—part of a unified rebrand of our parent company, U.S. Retirement & Benefits Partners, and all its firms. While our name is changing, our commitment to our clients and partners remains the same!
