Our history dates back to 1953. Our firm was initially called Poitras, Larue, Rondeau. In 2001, the name was changed to Univesta Insurance and Financial Services Inc. Throughout the years, our organization grew exponentially due to the talent of our team and our increased presence in various markets. Our firm built its reputation through a highly mobilized team possessing unsurpassed expertise. Univesta has a long track record in brokerage firm acquisitions. Indeed, during the past few years, our firm has accelerated its growth through numerous acquisitions and the establishment of several strategic partnerships. In fact, since 2003, we have acquired more than 25 firms!
