Wanson Group

Wanson Group company description

For over a decade, Wanson has been creating quality homes throughout the Lower Mainland. Characterized by innovative and functional designs, Wanson homes consistently deliver an exceptional value and ownership experience. Distinctive for their intimate scale, our communities are friendly and family-oriented - places you actually get to know your neighbours. By focusing on these values, our homes turn houses and streets into desirable neighborhoods with shared ideals and family values. From the first duplex we built on West 8th Avenue in 1990, to the hundreds of homes that followed, our vision for every community we build is to place an emphasis on quality and long-term value. We believe that by focusing on design, craftsmanship and superior materials, our homes are built for families today and for the generations to come. It’s a philosophy that is at the core of everything we do, and we measure the success of each of our homes not only through the pride our homeowners feel when they move in, but how satisfied they are with their investment in the years to come.
