Warren Equity Partners ("WEP") is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market operating companies primarily in North America. WEP invests in companies that provide mission-critical products and services to the infrastructure and building markets. WEP targets six key sectors: Power & Utilities, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation, Water & Wastewater, Buildings & Facilities, and Waste. WEP invests in established companies where additional capital and operating resources can accelerate growth. WEP invests in the form of buyouts, growth equity, and recapitalizations. We are value-added investors with a strong emphasis on rewarding partnerships with seasoned managers and operating executives. Importantly, we seek to generate return on investment through underlying growth and operating improvements in our portfolio companies, as opposed to financial engineering. We believe strongly that middle market companies are able to best achieve their growth potential with more conservative capital structures that do not employ aggressive leverage, giving our management teams freedom to operate and creating better alignment.
