We have extensive experience with a strong team of architects, planning consultants, civil and structural engineers, building and quantity surveyors, project managers and site managers and continue to acquire and develop across multiple sectors including Residential (affordable housing), PBSA, Industrial, Healthcare (specialist mental health care homes and specialist children’s education facilities). We have successfully acquired and manage in excess of £40m of investment property and continue to capitalise on a consistent pipeline across multiple projects for development in excess of £100m GDV.
