Established in 1994, Aluform Prefab Construction and Consultancy is specializing in post-production of aluminum flat-rolled products mainly for industrial roofing. Year 1996 brought in several developers in the real estate industry. In 2008, a corporation was formed with a new set of partners that focused on architectural products which eventually entered the construction business by upgrading the technology, equipment and machineries that enabled them to process most of the raw materials in-house such as: Continuous process PVDF (fluorocarbon) paint line and “flat process” continuous powder coating paint line – that is used to be a 100% offshore processed – “imported” Profile bending or forming of aluminum and steel sheets using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) bending machines, and Turret punching, notching and perforating process of aluminum and steel using CNC machine On 2015, the company decided to pursue its passion and established Aluform Prefab Construction and Consultancy to which it evolved to fabrication and installation of cladding systems and building envelopes. Project varieties spread to: Prefabricated Steel Buildings Prefabricated Bathroom Units Vertical, High-rise Projects Housing Warehouses Commercial Centers Industrial and Power Plants To date, Aluform Prefab offers design and build using the PREFAB approach in partnership with major steel fabrications from China integrating building envelope materials and reinforced concrete specialists. The company has decided to set up a process that will help them maintain the business and develop new innovations for the prefabricated construction industry.
