Instead, our average team member has a full time job in a professional environment and only works with us 6-10 hours/week as a side gig. This helps us attract ambitious people who do not burn out quickly and who are accustomed to going above and beyond to achieve at a higher level. 3. No Contracts - if we do not perform up to the level that we promise, we do not expect a signed piece of paper to force you to use our services for 30-90 more days.
