We are passionate about connecting people to the environment, clients to solutions, and water to land. Bill Baird launched the company in 1981 with three distinct goals: 1. To actively seek out the most challenging projects, wherever they may be. 2. To advance science and engineering methods where water meets land. 3. To have fun doing it. (Yes, fun.) Of course, it’s fun with a purpose. No wonder we attract the best employees in the world. The results speak for themselves.
