For more than 35 years, we have counseled condominium, planned-unit, cooperative, commercial and mixed-use development associations through all aspects of community association law in the most timely and cost-effective manner. We work as a team with our clients—including their boards of directors, general managers and professional community managers—to obtain the most effective results as quickly as possible. Our attorneys work closely with one another, utilizing each other’s knowledge and experience to provide our clients with the most beneficial recommendations, guidance and practical advice for each situation. In all we do, our goal is to help our clients’ boards of directors and their professional managers provide the best possible service to homeowners and residents, all of whom have put their trust in their association’s leadership. Associations provide a great service not only to their members, but to the community and society by creating and maintaining high standards of quality of life. We pride ourselves in being an integral part of the significant service associations provide to California.
