Bergel Magence LLP is truly a family-focused personal injury law firm. When founder Hy Bergel, a personal injury law pioneer who has won multi-million dollar awards for personal injury victims, started his small practice over 50 years ago, he never imagined that it would become a labour of love for two generations. With a strong desire to help others, sons Andrew and Ilan grew up wanting nothing more than to be lawyers like their father. Upon graduation, son-in-law Jeremy Magence joined the practice, and soon after Bergel Magence LLP was established. The focus on family goes far beyond the firm’s management structure but is the very core of the firm. Bergel Magence LLP consists of numerous highly experienced lawyers and legal professionals who are unified in their desire to help others and fight for the rights of those who have been injured or wronged.
