Black Shoe operates its own Black Shoe Bakery, servicing its restaurants and retail clients, and creating desserts and artisanal breads. Black Shoe Catering brings inspiration from its restaurants to parties, weddings, and events throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. Black Shoe Hospitality has been named to the Journal-Sentinel’s Top Workplaces since 2015.
