Buildability Group company description

Buildability Group sets the benchmark high and our track record is proof of that! Buildability was established with a clear vision in mind – to combine Simon Whiteside’s construction industry knowledge and David Shapiro’s extensive recruitment experience to create a service that focuses on insight, knowledge and relationships with some of the biggest names in the industry. We have access to a vast referral network and database of potential candidates across Australia. Our robust industry, client and candidate relationships, coupled with our ability to understand our clients enables Buildability Group to consistently attract and grow a high-quality talent pool. Underpinning all our work with honesty and integrity has given us the trust and loyalty of our clients and candidates. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝘁 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻 Since 2013, Simon and David have grown Buildability Group from the ground up. With his unparalleled knowledge of the industry, Simon Whiteside has a unique approach to his work in construction and engineering recruitment. Having worked as a site manager on smaller, but often complex projects, his experience also extends to working as a general foreman on projects over $200m. With an outstanding record of success, David Shapiro has worked in construction, engineering and property recruitment for over 15 years. He’s placed candidates of many different disciplines and experience levels in roles for medium and large contractors and gained key industry contacts in that time. His experience has seen him develop a network of talented and skilled people across Australia. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝘀. At the end of the day, we excel at finding the right people for the right job. We’re committed to maintaining our track record of success and will always go above and beyond for our clients and candidates.
