Capfin company description

Capfin is one of South Africa’s fastest growing, award-winning, independent credit providers. Our purpose is to help people make their best life possible. Externally, this means empowering our customers through loan products and services that are simple to use, affordable and easily accessible. Internally, this purpose inspires a culture of making our best life possible at work and making an impact in everything we do. We enjoy achieving common goals through meaningful work; trying new things and having the space to grow and learn from honest mistakes. We pride ourselves for being professional and helpful, uplifting and accommodating. We look after each other and we celebrate our differences. We work hard together, have fun, grow, sing and dance to our own tune, and we achieve together – making a difference while we do so. Interest in joining our extraordinary team? Our business is comprised of contact centre jobs which are supported by experts in a wide range of areas, including technology, systems and processes, people, finance, credit risk, analytics and data, legal and marketing. Where do you see yourself? Visit our Careers Website – your next opportunity to make your best life possible may already be waiting for you!
