CBTWO Architects

CBTWO Architects company description

Successful architecture is more than just napkin sketches and construction drawings. The architect must understand not just how buildings are designed and built, but also how people will use them, how they will function and perform over their lifespan, and how they will remain economically viable. CBTWO Architects is committed to designing innovative and efficient buildings and developments that exceed the expectations of each client. Through extensive experience, we understand how architecture integrates with real estate development to create positive results. CREATIVITY Each CBTWO project has a distinctive design that focuses on programmatic solutions and architectural integrity. We look for opportunities to maximize project value with creative solutions while supporting the pragmatic requirements of the client or owner. COMMUNITY As a Salem-based firm, we focus on community involvement and improvement through architecture and land development. It has always been a mission of CBTWO Architects to improve our community and our region through thoughtful and well executed design. In addition to our passion for and dedication to our home community, we excel at working in other cities and municipalities. We recognize the value in each development as an asset to the community around it. With each project, we become experts in that jurisdiction’s requirements to ensure a successful permitting process. We have a proven record of success in communities throughout the United States and Canada. TEAMWORK With every project, CBTWO Architects pulls from its highly skilled staff to develop a unique project team that works with the client to achieve creative results and maximum efficiency and value. From preliminary design to delivery of the finished building, CBTWO Architects provides real-time feedback regarding cost and constructability implications for construction materials, building systems, and phasing.
