Civil Project Solutions Limited (CPS) is a project management company with offices in Gisborne and Queenstown. CPS was established in 2013 and is a rapidly growing company with Project Management Staff, Engineers, Geologists and Surveyors working on projects in Auckland, Gisborne and the Lower North Island. CPS brings a flexible and collaborative approach to project management. We are capable of overseeing all aspects of the construction process from concept to completion. We place a strong emphasis on safety, quality and cost control, resulting in projects being completed safely and on time. CPS has broad experience in the delivery of complex projects.
