Three ways to work with us: Permanent Recruitment: permanent hires at any scale, from a single senior engineer to large multilingual customer support teams across several markets, paid per successful placement. Recruitment as a Service (RaaS): a recruitment team embedded in your company, working as an extension of your own. Built for fast-growing companies that need ongoing hiring capacity across different roles and markets, but haven't yet built their own talent function. Employer of Record (EOR): hire in more than 160 countries without setting up an entity first. Behind it all is an AI-powered talent database and a team of 500 recruiters. The technology finds the right people fast; our recruiters bring the judgement that closes the hire. Since 2013, we have connected more than 130,000 tech professionals from over 100 nationalities with companies across five continents, and today we connect more than 1,000 candidates to clients every month.
