The Capital Markets Division of Curlee Capital, LLC specializes in structuring and arranging Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Loans from $500,000 to $250,000,000+. We pride ourselves on delivering financing solutions that fit the needs of each of our Borrowers. We have National and Global lending and investing relationships with numerous Capital Markets sources including, but not limited to: Banks and Credit Unions, Debt Funds, Insurance Companies, CMBS Lenders, Pension Funds, Private Money Lenders, and Equity Investors. The Principals of Curlee have closed loans for virtually all types of commercial properties including multifamily, retail, office, medical office, mixed-use, industrial, land A&D loans and straight land loans. These included permanent loans, bridge loans, construction loans, mezzanine, and arranging preferred equity and Joint Venture investments. Excellent and Timely Service is our primary goal. If a Loan Request does not fit within our lending parameters, we let our Borrowers know quickly.
