EmpowerMe Wellness provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to residents of senior living communities. Everything we do is motivated by helping seniors identify and achieve their goals. We immediately begin making an impact when we join a community, seeing dramatically improved fall prevention, addressing complex dementia-related behaviors and conditions, and ultimately improving length of stay with better health outcomes and higher resident happiness. While having our therapy services onsite is more efficient and leads to better health outcomes with no additional cost to the senior living community, we provide the holistic care our patients need in the place they prefer, meeting patients both in their community and within their own homes. Our passionate and growing team of therapists are driven by seeing their patients live more freely and enjoy aging in place. We have deep relationships with our communities and residents, and consider ourselves a part of the team.
