Our Company Started in 1954 as a simple builder for Building and Civil Construction, Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd has developed, from strength to strength, to a BCA (Building and Construction Authority) registered A1 General Building Contractor. Our achievement lies in our willingness to collaborate with all our stakeholders, the relentless pursuit of innovative engineering and construction excellence, and our diligent and dedicated team of construction and support professionals. In response to the rapid changing environment and challenges in the construction industry, we have devoted to people and technologies development. In addition to the use of Virtual Building Information Modelling (BIM), we have adopted Prefabricated Ore-finished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) and Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBUs) construction methods to enhance our productivity. With proven capacity for managing large and complex projects, our reputation for delivering quality, on-time completion and within project budget is well recognized in the industry. As part of our continual efforts to innovate and expand our capability to ensure that we stay ahead of the industry standards, Guan Ho Construction Co (Pte) Ltd is investing in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) to manage the integrated multi-discipline of design-build projects.
