HSR operates 16 concepts under such names as: Redrock Canyon Grill, Mahogany Prime Steakhouse, Charleston's Restaurant, Upper Crust Wood Fired Pizza, Hefner Grill, Mama Roja Mexican Kitchen, Louie’s Grill & Bar, El Huevo Mexi-Diner, The Garage Burgers & Beer, Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill, Pub W, Hollie's Flatiron Grill, Neighborhood JA.M, Notorious P.I.E., Jimmy B's and The Winston Plates & Spirits. Since 1986, Hal Smith has created restaurants that heighten the senses through inspired architectural settings, excellent service, and cuisines that heighten the taste palates. We are based in Norman, Oklahoma but our foundation is embedded in the roots of the cities and neighborhoods across the Midwest. Each of our restaurants offer a unique experience, a place of enjoyment and fun for all of our guests.
