Hills Flat Lumber Co. was founded in 1921, in part by the Pardini family. They have successfully ran this business for over ninety years helping their friends and neighbors the entire way. Originally established in Nevada County, we have since expanded to include Placer County as a home. With two convenient locations (Hwy 49 at Grass Valley and I-80 at Colfax) Hills Flat Lumber Co. is your home center. We are the place to go when you have a home improvement question and are in need of help. Whether it's about decking, siding, paint or even screw drivers, we have a knowledgeable staff that knows the answers. Once you have found what you were looking for let us suggest a few items that just might make the prep work easier and your clean-up faster. In addition to the many products inside the store, we boast a drive through lumber yard that makes your lumber pick up easy and fast. No waiting in the rain for a 2x4, or pushing sheet goods around in an unruly cart! Our helpful staff will assist you in the selection of materials to get the job done.
